Terms of Service | Medara

Effective 12 July 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Medara platform by licensed practitioners and authorised practice staff.

01

Practitioner accounts

Medara is provided for licensed practitioners and authorised practice staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of clinical documentation and for honouring patient rights under applicable law.

02

Ownership of clinical records

Patient and clinical records belong to the practitioner who owns them in Medara. Leaving a practice does not delete your charts; practice-level shared resources (staff, facility configuration) are no longer available once membership ends.

03

Security obligations

You must protect your login credentials, enable multi-factor authentication when required, and revoke sessions on lost devices. Medara provides MFA, role-based access control, signed media URLs, encryption, and audit trails as technical safeguards.

04

No medical advice warranty

Medara is a clinical operations tool. It does not replace professional judgement. Clinical decisions remain yours.
